Area of focus: Zebrafish circadian rhythms and genetics
Charu is an undergraduate aspiring physician currently studying Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology at UCSC. Her interest in microbiology and immunology was sparked by taking a human biology class at her local community college and learning about neurodegenerative disease. Her interests include weight lifting, hiking, drawing, reading, and listening to music.
