Area of focus: zebrafish circadian rhythms, development of new cell lines
Mariana comes from Brazil and currently is doing an internship in Kimmey Lab. She is an undergraduate student at the University of São Paulo, where she is majoring in Biology and studying about the immune response in zebrafish xenotransplanted with human breast cancer cells. Her interests include going to the beach, hiking, biking, pilates, listening to music, and many others.
